Product dimensions and appearances may vary slightly where disclosed or reasonably expected.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, personalization details, and other information submitted with custom orders.

Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your order.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Personalized and custom orders are generally final sale and cannot be returned due to a change of mind.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

All product prices are displayed on our website and may be subject to change.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible nonpersonalized products may be returned when a return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

Customers must contact North 3rd Expressions for return instructions before sending products back.

Personalized and custom products are generally final sale, except where products arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned products have been received and inspected.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery, preferably with photographs of the product, packaging, and your order details.

North 3rd Expressions will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with correcting an error or qualifying product issue.

The requested reporting period does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
