At North 3rd Expressions, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade and customizable, shipping times may vary slightly. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Standard items: 1–3 days

Depending on Design, Handmade/customized pieces: 1–2 weeks 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and method selected. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.

 

Local Pickup (if applicable)

If local pickup is available, you will receive instructions via email once your order is ready.

 

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at north3rdexpressions@gmail.com and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

                                                                                                                                                                                               

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Timeframe

You may return most non-personalized items within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because personalized pieces are made uniquely for you, they are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at north3rdexpressions@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Carefully package your item to avoid damage in transit.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
