REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 4-15-26

1. Digital Product Sales

All purchases made on the Northern Expressions Music (NEM) platform are for digital content, including songs and MAPs.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds

Once a purchase is completed and access to the digital content has been granted, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content

Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
